Emco Unimat 3 Mini Metal Lathe Jeweler Machinist Hobby Benchtop

This sale is for an Austrian made Emco Unimat 3 benchtop size manual lathe. This one has been in storage for a while but Ive cleaned it up and checked it out, cleaned and lubed where necessary, and it should be ready to work. Still has surface rust on some areas, like the tool holder. The tops of the rails are still a little grungy looking even after I ran a brass wheel over them. They slide ok now though!

I took the three jaw self centering chuck completely apart and got it moving again. I also added some shim washers to the lead screw where the handle has been replaced by a lathe dog.

The shims take most of the slop out of it. Tailstock comes with a lathe platform that does not rotate.

I do not have the spanner wrench for the chuck. All other bolts are 10mm or 4 mm Allen. The motor can be removed with two bolts and bolted to the optional drill press attachment, which I will sell in another listing. If you have any questions, just ask!
